Great work; super fast turnaround. But it was expensive for just replacing a single injector. Still, really appreciated the friendly staff. And so far, the van is still running great. |

I left my car at 8:30 for 85,000 mile maintenance check and oil change. I never got s call and went in just after 4:00 to check on it. They hadn?t even started it. When it was taken back, it was brought back to me in 45 minutes. I was assured the maintenance check was completed as well as the oil change but I felt it was rushed after being there over 7 hours. I?ve never had an issue with this before and have always been pleased with the quality and service. This just threw me and I didn?t feel very good about it. |
Shop Comment Sorry Laurette but we had employee that had to leave early due to sickness & it did put us behind but we want you to know that we still did a thorough job. It only takes us 30 to 40 mins to change the oil & perform a routine maintenance check. We value you & your business & we apologize for not having your car ready for pick up when you arrived. |

Also friendly good service. was sort of hoping some of the break repairs I had done this time would have possibly been covered from repairs and work they did on them about 3 months ago, but I guess it was a different problem this time. Maybe next time |

I don't think it was fair to charge me $100 to diagnose my vehicle when I was getting you to fix it. It seems that makes your job easier. I certainly understand if I did not employ you to fix it. My charge for a starter and oil change should not have been $500. |
