| June 2023 I was to leave for southeast GA on Friday and the a/c went out on Tuesday. I called Barry and explained my situation. Although there was not an immediate appointment available Barry worked my repair in on Wednesday and I was able to make my trip. |

| Hackett Brother's always keeps client satisfaction at the top of their business model. Today is a great example - they could have repaired a work vehicle that has an issue - but they pointed out it was still in warranty -- I would have never realized we were less than 500 miles from being out of warranty. They shared that info and saved me serious money on this repair. I always trust this team - always! |
