We appreciate you getting our car in quickly. You did a great job on what we requested, and also did a visual inspection which revealed that our brakes were getting very close to being worn out. So we are very happy that you found that, and are glad that we went ahead and had you do the proper brake pad and rotor replacement. Our Buick stops better and the replacement plugs and wires will prevent the small shutters when climbing hills under a load. Your prices are very fair, much more reasonable than what the dealer would have charged us. You now have a new customer, and will recommend you to anyone that needs quality repair. Thanks so much. |

Wasn?t happy having been a long time customer for 10 years! I was told after having brought my daughter?s car that something was broken by accident., but then asked her boyfriend to call and ask why we need to financial be responsible for this part. Just by asking this we were told if we are asking this question then, we shouldn?t be back !!! ?? I couldn?t believe this I?ve sent so many people to them and have been loyal to be treated so poorly . So sad |
Shop Comment Heather I'm sorry you feel like you were treated so poorly. I tried to reach you to speak about this when we were replacing the timing belt & water pump on 8/12/25. Your daughters boyfriend, Steven called & got a phone quote for this repair & later brought the car in for the maintenance job. When we went to remove the alternators main power wire nut and the bolt broke off inside the alternator. It had been over tightened by whoever had worked on this car before and that wasn't us. Steven, you daughters boyfriend, that I was speaking with regarding the repair & this incident, understood that it wasn't our fault & he himself had a thermostat bolt break on him when he went to replace the thermostat. He also told me this 2004 Honda had been rebuilt & had rebuilt title. He said he would need to talk to you since you were paying the bill. He called me back stating that you said we should be liable since it wasn't broken when you brought the car to us. Steven & I talked about it & he even felt like it wasn't our fault either but was put in awkward position since you were having him call on your behalf. I told him that I was surprised that you wanted us to pay for a new alternator. Its not that you were asking a question, its that you put the blame on us even after I sent Steven pictures & he agreed with me, it wasn't our fault. Steven impressed me with he knowledge of cars & his great communication. Heather you've been coming here for 10 years because I believe we have earned your trust. Steven was put in a awkward position & I even knocked $50 off the alternator price to help out. I reached out to you then & tried to reach out again before responding to this 1 star review. I did tell Steven if you didn't trust us then we may be too busy to help you in the future. |
